How to use:
1. Download and open APulse Heart Tracker, then follow the on-screen setup.
2. Sign up or continue as a guest, and allow permissions for sensors, notifications, and Apple Health or Google Fit.
3. Connect your smartwatch or compatible heart-rate device, or use your phone’s supported sensor to take a quick reading.
4. Start a workout or take a spot check to view live heart rate, workout zones, and duration; save the session when done.
5. Open the Trends tab to review daily, weekly, and monthly insights, set goals and alerts, enable reminders and widgets, and export reports as needed.
