How to play:
1.Tom Nock of Civet Cat will build a store and grant players a loan (19800 bells) to purchase their first home. The only items that will fit in the tiny house are the carpet, the wall covering, and the radio.
2.Players can ask Rick to expand the home after paying off the initial loan (148000 bells). The following day, the residence's size would quickly expand. Players can choose to add a basement or keep expanding the size of the house after paying off the debt once again (for 398000 bells) (498000 bells). After another debt repayment, Rick may give the player new powers (798000 bells are required).
3.Furniture has an impact on feng shui. The chance of finding bell coins or unusual riches increases when items of a particular color are placed in a particular position. At Happy House College, feng shui is also employed to calculate grades. Trophies and other prizes given out during specific festivals are not based on a recipient's race or sexual orientation.
